Our cleaning services include light cleaning with an unforgettable show. Let us help you with your kitchen counters, vacuuming, light dusting, and overall tidying throughout your home. Special requests such as specific or appliance cleanings, may be arranged for an additional fee. Please keep in mind the booking time and ask for a reasonable amount of duties for your Naughty & Neat Maid to complete.
We require a $100 deposit prior to our Naughty & Neat Maid's arrival, payment through payment link or E-Transfer is accepted. Once you have sent a booking form, we will respond to you with payment details. Our Naughty & Neat Maids are happy to take tips in cash for their great service, & will be able to take additional payment through square/apple pay to extend or modify your booking.
Clients must be fully clothed and make our Naughty & Neat Maid feel comfortable! Refusal to wear clothes will result in your Naughty & Neat Maid leaving.

We work 7 days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Absolutely! Please leave the outfit request in the special requests box on the booking form. All of our exclusive extras are listed under our “Services” page. Special promotion: We are offering one free outfit choice on your first booking.
At no point may a client touch the Naughty and Neat Maid. Doing so will violate the service agreement and the appointment will be immediately terminated without a refund.
No. All customers must go through our contact form and booking.
For the privacy of our maids, recording the cleaning is strictly prohibited.
Please be mindful to your Naughty & Neat Maid. If there will be someone else present other than the booker you MUST have this in writing with us before the Naughty & Neat Maid arrives. Our Naughty & Neat Maid’s love to have fun, but must be prepared with full knowledge of the appointment details before arriving. We ask that only residents above the age of 21 are in the home during the cleaning. Our Naughty & Neat maid’s have the right to ask for ID.
Yes, upon arrival your maid will provide you with a wavier to sign outlining our services and requirements of both parties.
